How can I track my order?

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
International shipments often move between facilities before scanning updates appear.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, your package is still in transit. If it goes beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
No. All customs duties and import taxes are covered by us.
The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. You will not be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery.
If customs contacts you for any reason, please reach out to us and we will assist you immediately.

Our products are tested by internationally recognized third-party laboratories such as SGS to ensure safety and material compliance.100% food safe.
Are all pieces handmade?
Yes. Our tea ware is handcrafted. Small variations in size, glaze, texture, or color are natural and make each piece unique.
Where are your ceramics made?
Most of our pieces come from their places of origin.
For example, blue-and-white porcelain is crafted in Jingdezhen, historically known as China’s porcelain capital, while Ru ware is produced in Ruzhou, Henan, the birthplace of this classic kiln tradition.Yixing teapots are made in Yixing, Jiangsu Province, the historic center of purple clay (zisha) craftsmanship.
Each work is made by skilled artisans using traditional techniques, with an emphasis on craftsmanship, patience, and respect for the material.
Damage, Returns & Support
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We pack every order carefully. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Claims without photos may not be eligible for replacement.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with it, you can send it back within 14 days for an exchange or refund. No question asked.
What if I received the wrong item?
Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Use & Care
With proper care, they will age beautifully over time.
How should I clean my tea ware?
We recommend rinsing with warm water and avoiding harsh detergents. Allow the piece to dry completely before storing.
Can I use it in a dishwasher or microwave?
To preserve the surface and longevity of handmade ceramics, we recommend hand washing and avoiding microwave or dishwasher use.
Will the appearance change over time?
Yes. With regular use, the surface may develop a softer sheen and deeper character. This is a natural and valued part of the aging process.
