Brewing Guide:

Teaware: Purple clay teapot or porcelain gaiwan

Water Temperature: 95–100°C (203–212°F)

Amount: 6–7g per 150ml

2nd infusion: 10–15 seconds

Gradually extend by 5–8 seconds for additional brews
