Supreme Grade White Peony (Bai Mudan), recognized as the finest grade within the White Peony category, originates from the high-altitude tea gardens of Fuding, Fujian Province. This 2025 spring harvest is meticulously plucked according to the strictest standard of one bud with one or two tender leaves, capturing the essence of the season's vitality and purity.
This tea exemplifies the perfect balance between bud and leaf—the silvery-white buds contribute sweetness and aroma, while the young leaves provide body and depth. The dry tea presents an elegant mix of silvery buds and emerald-green leaves, naturally shaped with abundant pekoe. When brewed, it yields a pale gold liquor, clear and bright, with a delicate fragrance of fresh orchids, honeydew, and sweet hay. The taste is smooth and refreshing, with a mellow sweetness that lingers gracefully, leaving a clean, soothing finish.
