17 Years Old Collective Edition
This aged tea is crafted from select Shou Mei tea leaves harvested in 2008 in Fuding, Fujian Province, and skillfully compressed into a durable cake form. Over more than 17 years of careful storage, this tea has undergone a graceful transformation, developing the rich, smooth flavor and profound medicinal aroma characteristic of well-aged white tea.
Shou Mei, known for its larger, mature leaves, offers a deeper and more robust taste profile compared to other white teas. The compression not only preserves the tea’s quality but also promotes gradual aging, making each brew remarkably balanced and full-bodied. The brewed liquor displays an appealing amber-red color and exudes a warm, woody fragrance with notes of dried jujube, honey, and a subtle herbal sweetness.
