2022 Wild-Grown White Peony Fuding White Tea

This exceptional loose-leaf tea is sourced from naturally wild-grown tea trees in Fuding, Fujian Province, hand-harvested in the spring of 2022. As a rare white tea variety, White Peony (Bai Mudan) combines tender buds and young leaves, offering a harmonious flavor that is both delicate and rich. The wild origin enhances its complexity, delivering a stronger character and a clearer, sweeter aftertaste compared to garden-grown versions.

The dry leaves display a natural elegance with their blend of silvery buds and emerald-green leaves, lightly curled and full of visible pekoe. When brewed, the tea yields a clear, pale gold liquor with a refreshing aroma reminiscent of wild honey, fresh orchids, and a subtle hint of sweet hay.
