Anxi Tieguanyin, originating from Fujian Province, is one of China's most celebrated oolong teas, renowned for its complex aroma and exquisite technique. This First-Pick High-Aroma variety is made from the finest spring leaves harvested at peak season, delivering a notably fragrant and refreshing taste experience.
Produced using traditional methods including light oxidation and light baking, this tea offers a distinctive “green style” Tieguanyin character. Its dry leaves are tightly rolled, glossy green with slight frost, and unfold gradually to release a rich and lingering fragrance. The brewed liquor is clear and bright, with layers of floral, creamy, and fruity notes and a smooth, sweet aftertaste—reflecting the essence of high-mountain tea gardens and skilled craftsmanship.
Brewing Guide:
Teaware: Porcelain gaiwan
Water Temperature: 90–95°C (194–203°F)
Amount: 7g per 150ml
Rinse: Briefly rinse leaves and discard the first infusion
Steeping Time:
2nd infusion: 15–20 seconds
Add 5–10 seconds for each subsequent brew
Can be brewed 6–8 times
Storage Tips:
Store in a sealed, odor-proof container away from light, moisture, and heat
