Ge kiln, as one of the five famous kilns in the Song Dynasty, is as famous as Ru, Guan, Ding and Jun kilns. It is famous for its unique artistic style and exquisite technology. The origin of its name is said to be related to the story of Zhang Shengyi and Zhang Sheng two brothers firing celadon in Longquan Liutian Kiln in the Song Dynasty, among which the kiln was called Ge Kiln.
