Hand-formed from dark, iron-laden clay (Zitai), the raw charcoal tone subtly exposes itself along the rim, lid knob, and foot ring, providing a grounded, antique framework for the rich celadon glaze. Coated in a thick, jade-smooth "Ge" Kiln glaze, the surface reveals a mesmerizing three-dimensional matrix of overlapping crackles that mimic fractured ice suspended over clear lake water.
