Ru Porcelain Vintage Glaze Archaized Teapot

The teapot is made with inspiration from the shape of Archaized Purple Clay Teapot. 

This classically inspired teapot draws its design from the Qing Dynasty, characterized by a flattened body with a rounded belly and  tall neck. Smooth, flat lid that fits seamlessly with the rim. Full, rounded contours  with a sturdy, slightly flattened knob and a gracefully arched bridge.

The pot is made with "prop firing technique" with 5 nail-marks on the bottom. This technique is to make the pot fully glazed. 

The pot is in vatage glaze (deeper color than sky-blue) with crackle patterns.
