Handcrafted entirely by Master Liu Chuanbo, this exquisite Jun Kiln pear-shaped teapot brings exceptional ceramic artistry and timeless elegance to your tea table. Jun ware is one of the most iconic ceramic traditions of China’s Song Dynasty, celebrated for its unpredictable and mesmerizing kiln transformations, where rich and vibrant glaze colors emerge naturally during high-temperature firing. The base of the teapot bears the artist’s personally carved signature. For an especially harmonious tea experience, pair it with the matching tea cups.

Featuring a classic pear-shaped form, the teapot has a broad, rounded base that helps retain heat while providing ample space for tea leaves to fully unfurl. The body is covered in a rich mineral glaze and fired at temperatures exceeding 1300°C (2372°F). During firing, the glaze naturally flows across the clay surface, creating captivating swirls of deep purple, copper red, and sky blue. Since no two kiln firings produce exactly the same result, every Jun Kiln teapot is a truly one-of-a-kind work of art.
