A Steady, Tactile Essential for Your Tea Table.
Every functional tea setup needs a reliable spot for rinses and spent leaves, but this tea basin is designed to be far more than just a disposal bowl. Cast in a solid, low-profile drum shape, it brings an immediate sense of weight and balance to your tea mat—staying firmly in place even during busy pourings.
The real character shows in the details: a raised double-ridge wraps around the upper waist, giving your fingers a natural grip when carrying it to refill or rinse. Coated in an unctuous sky-green glaze, the finish has a soft, satin-like tactile feel that isn't slick or overly polished. Where the glaze pulls thin along the top lip and raised ridges, warm earthy clay tones peek through, framing the bowl in subtle contrast. Deep inside, a soft spiderweb of natural ice-crackles is ready to catch the light—and over months of daily use, it will absorb tea tones to build its own subtle patina.
